I’m a day late getting this recipe out and I’m so sorry!! Online learning for my youngest really messes my routine up!! This week, I’m sharing another roast with y'all. It is SO easy and one of my absolute favorites. You might read the ingredients and think I’m crazy but trust me and try it! You won’t be disappointed. It’s so tender and flavorful and like I said, so easy!!
I do this roast when I have a full day and need something to be ready when I get home. It will slow cook all day and when you get home, your house will smell delicious and you’ll just have to figure out sides. As with any other roast, I usually serve it with a potato of some sort and a green.
