Pepper Steak Stir-Fry

This week we’re serving up stir fry. It is so simple and so delicious. I’m sure by now y'all have noticed a trend with my cooking; simple & easy. So, this one is no different!



There are several little hacks that you can use to make it even easier. If I’m in a hurry, and have it on hand, I will use frozen stir fry vegetables instead of actually chopping up fresh bell peppers. I like to keep bags of the frozen bell peppers and onions on hand for a quicker and easier stir fry because I don’t always have the time and I also don’t always have the fresh produce! So, frozen will be just as good.


Also, I have used beef stew meat for this recipe as well. Again, if I’m in a hurry and don’t have time to mess with cutting up the meat, I will grab something on hand already cut up!


This one really doesn’t take much time and its full of flavor…Let it simmer a little longer if needed to really soak up the sauce and serve over rice!
