Skillet Lasagna

I love a good lasagna, or pretty much any Italian dish for that matter, but rarely have time to actually make something from scratch. I think I’ve burnt my family out on the frozen Stouffer’s ones over the years as well, so this recipe is a great compromise. It’s quick and easy and has all the flavor you would expect a good lasagna to.





I tend to have all the ingredients on hand for this recipe, so it’s great for a night you don’t have something planned. You can use any marinara sauce you prefer and I’m sure it would work with other types of noodles as well. The bowties give it more of a lasagna feel, but I wouldn’t think different noodles that you may already have on hand would ruin anything!


I serve it with a green salad and some type of garlic bread. You can throw everything together in about 30 mins or less and have a delicious weeknight meal that is quick and easy!
