Beef Ground Stew


This week I’m sharing my Dad’s ground beef stew.


I love this recipe! It’s simple and so good for a chilly night. I love that this stew is made with ground beef because ground beef is so quick and easy to cook as opposed to traditional stew meat (which I also love, don’t get me wrong!) This is a simple alternative for a rushed weeknight meal.


A few substitutions can be made with this stew to make it even quicker and easier if need be. You can use canned green beans instead of fresh and you can use any variation and number of vegetables that you choose. Anything goes! I also sometimes use 2 cans of regular V8 instead of one spicy and one regular because certain family members of mine don’t love spice.
